This is how far
you can hand it to AI.
Community operations. Discord builds.
The tedious work inside your company.
I work out how much of it AI can take,
then build it so it actually runs — and leave it with you.
Including a right hand that sits next to the founder.
In Japanese or in English.
Hello

- Born 1993, raised in Yamanashi, Japan
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Japanese / English
I work on operations for an AI-focused community of several thousand members, and handle community operations and CX improvement across multiple online schools. I've spent years on the ground running Japanese communities.
I'm based in Vietnam and work in English daily. Talk to me in English; I'll run the Japanese side in Japanese. No translator in the middle.
The theme I work toward is creating more people who take on challenges. I keep taking them myself, so that people who see it start their own.
What I do
I come in for a defined scope, build it, and leave it running. I don't embed permanently.
Community design
Members grew, conversation didn't. Your team is worn out. I find where it stalls, and fix only that part.
Discord: design & build
Channel architecture, permissions, automated roles, resident bots. A space members don't get lost in — and a structure your team can run without breaking it.
AI automation
Aggregation, reporting, reminders, interview scoring. I separate what AI can take, then build and hand over something that actually runs.
A right hand for founders
The information you need to decide is never ready when you need it. I set up an AI that works beside you, so you get your thinking time back.
Whether a job can be handed to AI
can only be judged by someone who has actually handed it over.

All of them have a name, a role and a catchphrase.

How I work
Before anything starts, we agree on what has to be visible, and by when.

You don't need it framed neatly yet.
We can talk about cost once we know what we're doing.
